Do you know pakoda (or pakora)? It's an Indian cuisine. I haven't tried any, unfortunately, but I think it is really delicious. My friend from India, Joshita N., loves it a lot. She gave me the recipe.

Here I'll tell you how to make it. Please tell me how it tastes :p

Ingredients

Bread slices8
Processed cheese, grated1 cup
Spring onions with greens, finely chopped2
Green chilli,chopped2
Gram flour (besan)1 1/2 cups
Carom seeds (ajwain)1/2 teaspoon
Saltto taste
Baking powder1/4 teaspoon
Red chilli powder1/2 teaspoon
Turmeric powder1/4 teaspoon
Oilfor deep-frying
Date and tamarind chutneyas required
Mint chutneyas required
Method
Place the cheese in a bowl. Chop the spring onion greens and add. Chop the spring bulb and add along with green chillies. Mix and set aside. Place gram flour in a bowl. Add carom seeds, salt, baking powder, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and enough water. Whisk to make a smooth batter. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. Also heat a non stick grill pan. Lightly toast the bread slices on the grill pan. Spread date and tamarind chutney on 4 toasted slices and mint and coriander chutney on the remaining 4. Spread the cheese mixture over the slices with date and tamarind chutney and cover with the slices with mint and coriander chutney and press gently. Cut each sandwich into 4 triangles. Dip the triangles in the gram flour batter and slide into the oil and deep fry till golden and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper and serve hot with any chutney.
